A Trip to the Fleurieu

A relaxing weekend camping on the Fleurieu

14^th -16^th November 2025

The plan is to camp in the Deep Creek Conservation Park at the Trig Campground. Non-powered tent sites amongst the trees predominate although a few sites are suitable for camper trailers. The plan is to:

• Rendezvous at 0930 for coffee at the Yankalilla Bakery on Friday the 14th of November (Join us later if you cann’t get away on Friday morning)
• Depart at 1015 for the Conservation Park. Sites can be occupied from 1200
• Use the campground as our base for individual activities such as bush walking, visit tourist sites, wineries, fishing, sleeping etc.
• Campfire rings are provided and wood fires are allowed up until the start of the Fire Danger period (normally 1st of December) – Please bring firewood
• Bring everything you need including water
• Long drop toilets, but no showers on site.
• Depart at 1100 Sunday the 16th of November - lunch at the Yankalilla Bakery

Early registration is required by 1^st October, as the sites must be booked online. The club has pre-booked 6 sites on the basis of $27 per vehicle per night. If we have more interest than 6, we will attempt to book more sites.
